How to confirm that the order was placed? Once you have placed your order, our order confirmation page will appear. Make sure to follow all the steps until checkout to complete the order. Once the checkout is processed, a confirmation email will be sent with the requested items as well as the payment method chosen. What types of payments do we accept? We currently accept the following payment methods:
What is the amount charged for shipping? We offer free shipping to Portugal and Spain on all online orders over 75 € and all over Europe on orders over 115 €. If your order is below the above, ie to another part of the world, it will apply a fee. Please refer to our shipping policy. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? You cannot cancel or change the order after it has been issued. However, we have a very flexible return and exchange policy. Please contact us for more information. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SHIRT? They are made at Marfel - Empresa de Confecções Lda, with passion, care and experience, obtained through decades of know-how of our employees.
Shipping & Returns
We always hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy and for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please see below for information about our return policy. DELIVERY: All items are shipped within 24 hours - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. For orders over 75 €, shipping is free to Portugal and Spain. For orders over 115 €, shipping is free throughout Europe. Please check our shipping fee policy for all other transactions. CARRIERS: We work with the following carriers: MRW (Portugal and Spain); Chronopost (international deliveries). TRACKING: Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. The tracking number is provided by the carrier. SHIPPING CHARGES: To make sure that you are fully aware of the amount charged, before confirming the order, the postage will be posted along with the selected items. RETURN POLICY: To return an item, we suggest using the return form attached to your order. If your return form is lost, you can email our customer service (customer@triplemarfel.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA, please sign it in its original packaging and the return form provided and mail it to the following address: Marfel Clothing Company, Lda ATT: RMA RETURN: # Av. Dr. Ribeiro Magalhães, 899 Felgueiras, 4610-108 United Kingdom REFUNDS: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item to process the return or exchange. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund upon verification of the item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund. If the payment method is by credit card, the refund may take 30 days to appear on your card statement, depending on the entity associated with it. Defective articles: Marfel means high quality. However, if one of our products is defective, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Only complaints for products purchased from the online store are accepted.
